Book Introduction
This book contains the process of planning and developing a career guidance program frequently used in school career education and counseling settings, and verifying its effectiveness.
There are not many books that cover the systematic development models based on the recently emphasized theoretical foundations so that they can be applied in actual educational settings.
Starting from these realistic needs and awareness of problems, we focused on three main points.
First, we introduce a systematic program development process based on theory and, in particular, present the group program development procedure in as much detail as possible.


Second, we have shown, through examples as much as possible, how the general program development process can be applied to developing a career guidance program.
Lastly, we have included recently developed career guidance programs and various activities so that teachers can directly utilize these programs or effectively modify and supplement the programs using the activities.
