Description
Book Introduction
This book is largely divided into two parts, and the first part is divided into five chapters, starting with an orientation to the book, Experiencing Compassion-Centered Therapy, followed by an explanation of the concepts of CFT, the basis and background of the modules for self-training and self-reflection, directions for their use, and finally, introducing three fellow therapists, sharing their individual issues that will be addressed throughout the entire module.
Part 2 presents modules divided into five parts that allow you to apply self-training and self-reflection on your own.
Each part is designed to take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete, and you'll explore how three fellow therapists apply the issues they've shared to each module, providing valuable activities you can apply to yourself or your clients.
