Introduction to Law Public Law
Description
Book Introduction
This book is an introductory book to law for exam preparation.
The title of the book was "Reading Law While Lying Down" until the 4th edition (2017), but it was changed to "Introduction to Law" in the 5th edition (2019), but it is the same book.
The Introduction to Law series consists of eight volumes, divided into one volume on public law (constitution, administrative law), five volumes on civil law (civil law, commercial law, civil procedure law), and two volumes on criminal law (criminal law, criminal procedure law).
Among them, this is the public law section.
Public law cases are fundamentally structured in which the courts and the Constitutional Court control the exercise of public power or laws by state agencies.
Even now, public law, which is still in its developing stages, focuses more on the question, “Is this a litigable matter?” than other fields of law.
Understanding this will make studying the Constitution and administrative law much easier.
This book is structured so that readers can naturally understand the above perspectives.
Specifically, after examining the principles of the Constitution and administrative law, the theory of fundamental rights is explained through the litigation requirements of constitutional courts and administrative litigation.
