Motion taping for everyone
Description
Book Introduction
Motion taping to improve functional movement of weakened muscles
Motion taping is a method of restoring normal muscle function and original movement by attaching tape with the same level of elasticity as the muscle when movement is restricted due to weakened muscles.
This book is a motion taping manual that introduces, with detailed photos, how anyone can easily find weak muscles and apply motion taping to joints and muscles involved in body functions.

Publisher's Review
Strengthens weak muscles and reduces pain
A motion taping manual that anyone can easily use.
More than 10 years have passed since the Korean Motion Taping Society was founded.
The Korean Motion Taping Society has been dedicated to popularizing motion taping as an academic society, and as a result, it has published “Motion Taping I” in 2010, “Motion Taping II” in 2011, and “Motion Taping Combined Revised Edition” in 2014 and 2018.
This time, we have compiled our research activities to date and published “New Approach to Motion Taping? - Motion Taping for Everyone.”
From the very beginning of the society's founding, the executives' biggest concern was how to effectively communicate taping techniques that "anyone can use" to the public.
However, after publishing it, I found that it was more useful to experts than to the general public.
So, in this project, we've made every effort to leverage the accumulated data from previous publications to create a more accessible taping manual.
The biggest change is that in the previous system, ROM measurement methods were presented separately at the beginning, and the anatomy and taping technique descriptions were separated, but in this book, ROM measurement methods, anatomy, and taping techniques are presented consistently within a single movement item.
Therefore, when you unfold the motion items for each joint, a ROM measurement method is presented, followed by an anatomy diagram on the left page and a taping technique for the corresponding muscle on the right page, so that anyone can easily understand and apply the taping.
Additionally, we have made it easy to evaluate the taping results by presenting comparative taping results between muscles with similar functions or locations.
I sincerely hope that this book will be of great help in the development and popularization of motion taping, and furthermore, elastic taping techniques, and that motion taping will be actively utilized in everyday life and sports settings.
