Basic Commercial Law Lecture
Description
Book Introduction
The 9th edition was published by correcting or supplementing the shortcomings of the 8th edition.

First, the contents of the textbook were revised to reflect the amendments to the Commercial Act promulgated by Act No. 20436 on September 20, 2024 and implemented after January 31, 2025 (abolition of branch registration), the amendments to the Commercial Act promulgated by Act No. 20991 on July 22, 2025 (directors' duty of loyalty, cumulative voting system for listed companies, number of auditors on the audit committee, etc.), and the amendments to the Commercial Act in the September 2025 revised Act, which amended the amendment of July 22, 2025.

Second, in terms of case law inclusion, new case law and the contents of en banc decisions that change existing case law or case law regarding new legal interpretations were added up to August 2025, and case law that overlaps with the contents of the main text was organized.

Third, we have made further revisions to the sentences in this book to make them easier to understand.
In addition, the division of sentences into paragraphs was made more detailed and sentence expressions were corrected from the reader's perspective.
In addition, important parts of the summary of the case law were underlined to make it easier for readers to read.

Fourth, some typos were found in the textbook and were corrected.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my beloved tax accountant, Eunyoung Lee, who devoted her utmost effort to correcting typos and errors in this textbook, and I look forward to her growth into an excellent tax expert.
