Into the book
The AI era is an era of technology, but it is also an era of people.
Technology organizes information, but people breathe warmth and direction into that information.
No matter how sophisticated technology becomes, a leader must ultimately be someone who observes, moves, and connects people.
The leaders we need in the future will not be those with more information, but those who can reflect more deeply, approach others with more sincerity, and possess a sense and warmth that machines cannot replace.
When leadership is alive, AI becomes a loyal assistant and constructive partner.
But if leadership disappears, AI could become a monster that oppresses humans.

Publisher's Review
True achievement is dealing with external conditions.
Not an 'external game', but something like mind and meaning
In the 'internal game' that deals with internal factors,
It is decided.
Victory in the AI era cannot be achieved through the ability to handle technology well alone.
What matters is how we treat AI,
The question is how to understand the nature of relationships formed in the AI era.
Technology does its part,
Leaders must focus on their unique role as leaders.
Establishing values, awakening meaning,
It's about breathing life into people and connecting them.
Leadership is essentially 'inside out'.
As technology becomes more sophisticated and tools become more powerful,
Rather, leadership that begins from within the leader becomes more urgent.
Because it is the force that determines direction and creates value.
