Into the book
"Ah! This is it!" When I saw the broadcast "The Local's Stigma," I felt as if I had been hit in the head with a hammer, and I was intuitively convinced that the answer was here.
And I applied it directly to my diet.
The results were dramatic. Less than a week after I started following the TV program guide, I woke up refreshed and radiant, and surprisingly, it was 5 a.m.
I woke up exactly when the darkness lifted and the day broke, to the point where I wondered if this was what it meant to 'follow a circadian rhythm'.
I barely managed to wake up at 7 o'clock to get ready for work, and I had some time to kill before I had to go to work.
In just a few days, the swelling and weight in my lower body that I had always had were gone.
With a light body like I'd never felt before and about two hours to spare, I felt like doing something.
So, I started walking a few laps around the civic sports field in front of my house every morning, and I gradually regained my vitality and energy.
I finally had a gut feeling that the vicious cycle was broken and a virtuous cycle was beginning.
My husband, who had been watching me closely for several days, was also surprised by my dramatic change.
Moreover, I was surprised and happy that he was jealous of my overflowing energy and wanted to try it himself, so he joined me in my diet.
After just a few days of experience, my intuition about the new diet became more and more certain.
I thought that some of the existing incorrect medical knowledge might have actually damaged my body more.
As my health deteriorated, I began to feel resentful about the past, when I had driven myself to a diet based on conventional medical wisdom and had been more obsessive about it.

Coincidentally, around that time, Somi, who had been a customer at my salon before moving to another area, visited my salon for the first time in a long time.
Somi is also the one who introduced me to the ketogenic diet a few years ago when I was trying to lose weight.
As expected, Somi was surprised to see me.
He began to ask me worriedly about my bony face and yellow complexion, and I explained the whole story.
Somi expressed her regret, saying that her liver and intestines must have suffered greatly due to the plant toxins.
He then explained in detail about the carnivore diet and plant toxins that he was following, and also told me about the diet that I would be implementing starting today.

What I wanted to say was that in areas where modern medicine has limitations in healing the body, you must actively seek out and apply healing methods and observe the changes in your own body.
Of course, if you wander for a long time without finding a cure, you become desperate, get deceived by pseudo-medical practitioners who are not even doctors, waste time on nonsensical treatments, and even make your health worse.
If not, you need to learn more, study more, and have a strong will to recover on your own.
The most effective healer is your own immune system.
You have to believe in yourself.
What I realized as I recovered was that the body and mind are one, so healing must occur from both sides.
It is not right to think of the body as the only object of healing and neglect the mind, nor is it the answer to focus only on the mind and neglect the body.
I believe chronic fatigue syndrome is the result of a malfunctioning or severely weakened immune system that is unable to function properly.
So the methods for curing chronic fatigue syndrome are very similar to methods for strengthening the immune system.
Ultimately, if your immunity is weak, your body will become susceptible to all kinds of diseases, and if your immunity is strong, your body will become like an iron fortress that even diseases cannot dare invade.

Real Food vs. Fake Food
“I, who only enjoy real food, sometimes feel a sudden sense of division when I think about the times when I used to eat fake food, thinking it was healthy and paying a rather high price for it.
“What is real food, and what is fake food?” Those who are interested in diet or have heard of it at least once might intuitively guess, but the fake food I’m talking about is closer to processed food.”
We are well aware of the harmful effects of processed foods.
So, I maintain a varied and healthy diet.
