It was four years ago.

Even when I was undergoing a biopsy with a large needle that made a sound like a bullet being loaded, I was indifferent, thinking, 'What could possibly be wrong?'
I never imagined that so soon after, I would receive the shocking diagnosis of cancer.
It felt like the world in my head had stopped.
For the first time in my life, fear and terror came rushing at me all at once.
After calming my confused mind, only one word came to mind.
Survival! All I could think about was surviving.

These may seem like insignificant movements, but they are the most basic and important movements for training your muscles and recovering your body.
I've compiled the essential exercises I learned from three cancer patient exercise specialists, a physical therapist, and a PT trainer.
The movements in YouTube videos and other books do not deviate much from the movements in this book that I personally demonstrated, and many of them are utilized.

The recipes in Chapters 4 and 5 are based on the diet I ate during my 100 days in a nursing home, and they were the foods that helped me recover the most.
Cancer patients must always be cautious, as even small amounts of toxic substances can be fatal. At that time, we only used our calf muscles, so our legs started to hurt even after walking a little.
It's not that I can't walk for a long time because I'm not physically strong, it's that my stomach lacks strength.
If your core strength is lacking, you will always be tired easily.
A strong core is essential for powerful movement when walking, so start today and do the following exercises every day.

The pelvis has a small number of blood vessels passing through it, so blood circulation is not easy if you do not exercise.
Then it will be difficult for fresh blood to be supplied around the pelvic bone.
If cancer cells are attached to the nutrient-rich pelvic bone, not exercising will cut off oxygen and blood supply to the area around the pelvic bone.
When this happens, the killer cells and immune cells that kill cancer cells lose their power.
Before cancer cells can attach to the bones, it's important to understand how important it is to supply oxygen and blood to the pelvis to help grow our body's killer cells.

As I've mentioned several times before, to help maintain bone health, you need to develop your muscles, and among them, you must train the deep muscles, which are the muscles closely connected to the bones.
The deep muscles are particularly developed when our bodies struggle to maintain balance, which sports physiologists call "the deep muscles waking up!"
The exercise that all trainers recommend the most to wake up sleeping muscles is the squat.
When you do squats, you develop not only the muscles in the front of your thighs, which are the main working muscles, but also the supporting muscles in your buttocks, back of your thighs (hamstrings), and inner thighs (adductors).

Good water is water that contains a balanced amount of calcium and minerals. First, I will tell you about the method I learned of drinking 2 liters of various types of water every day and some tips for making functional water.
