"Japanese as a Snack?" is a new version of "I Learned Japanese as a Snack?" (2019), with the addition of snacks for alcohol and snacks, as well as a Japanese comic version.

The origins of this book date back to the author's elementary school days.
For the author, who came to live in Tokyo, Japan, barely able to read Hiragana, the local convenience store and supermarket were like a giant textbook.
He said that he spent a long time thinking about what kind of snack to eat today while holding a few coins, and when he got home, he looked up the Japanese dictionary to see what Japanese words were written on the snacks he ate.
These experiences accumulated and accumulated to create this book.
