Publisher's Review
The first comprehensive list of famous Chinese cars

The central and local governments of China are actively protecting the trademarks of various famous teas by designating them.
However, because so many different teas are produced in so many different regions, it is rare for even Chinese tea experts to have a complete list of these famous teas.
The author of this book has compiled and organized the most recent lists to present a comprehensive list, detailing the origins of famous teas, the characteristics of their production methods, and the characteristics of the teas.

Beyond reading books, to seeing and listening to books

To truly learn and research tea, a field visit is essential.
Also, for beginners, it is necessary to learn through practice the different brewing and drinking methods for each tea.
This book provides guidance on important tea brewing and drinking methods through QR codes on the corresponding pages, allowing you to instantly view videos.
We are implementing a 3D book on 2D paper, where you can immediately check the author's friendly video explanation by simply scanning the QR code with your mobile phone.

From the author's preface

The greatest advantage of living and working in China is that you can visit tea producing regions and meet tea farmers, and see the lively production process up close.
It wasn't just a one-time visit, but if necessary, I went back and looked again and again.
To work as a researcher for a company that studies tea products, you must have a deep understanding and objective knowledge of tea science.
It is the job and ability of a researcher to have an accurate understanding based on evidence and figures, rather than just passing over or being vague.
As a researcher, it is also essential to avoid exaggerations and maintain an objective perspective on the efficacy of tea.
It is only natural that I, who enjoys this privilege, a privilege that ordinary people can never experience, feel a sense of duty, not a sense of obligation, to share the knowledge I have honed.
I've written a relatively small number of articles on my blog over the past eight years, about 130, but I'm proud to say that I've written each and every one of them with great sincerity.
Even though it was difficult to organize materials and write and upload messages outside of work hours, I was able to continue learning by using the one-line thank-you notes from readers as a driving force.
Now, I would like to compile my 20-plus-year journey with tea and my 13 years of learning in China, the perfect place to experience tea, into a single book.
