This revised edition was created based on the stories of many readers we met over the seven years since its publication.
We thoroughly reviewed the entire recipe once again to solidify the details.
We also added healthy salads that actively utilize ingredients like avocado, quinoa, and chickpeas, which were somewhat unfamiliar when the first book came out in 2012 but are now popular, as well as stylish, trendy salads that people wanted to learn about.
Instead of reducing the similar dressing, she added more of her own secret hidden dressing.
