Raising children without learning anything about parenting is never easy.
But when parents understand their child's development, education flows smoothly.
If you read your child's eyes, understand the meaning of their actions, and raise them with love and consideration, they will grow into happy, gifted children with warm hearts who care for others.
This book is based on the author, Purum's father's experience of raising Purum, a gifted child with a balanced intellect and emotion, by reading over a thousand parenting and psychology books, and through counseling cases with mothers he met while giving thousands of lectures. It kindly informs parents of the developmental stages a child goes through from birth to 72 months of age, and what kind of environment they should create to raise a child with a balanced intellect and emotion.
In particular, it emphasizes that the foundation of childcare is 'considerate love', and explains in detail the developmental stages of children that parents must know, using specific examples.
In these times when there is so much parenting information available that it is difficult to judge what is right and what is wrong, "Considerate Love Creates Happy Gifted Children" provides the basis for sound value judgments in raising children.

Publisher's Review
Considerate love makes a child a complete person!

There is no child in this world who is born to cause hardship to his parents.
The problem arises when parents blindly follow their children because they do not know what developmental stages their children go through.

Parents who do not understand their child's developmental stages end up raising their children by scolding or hitting them beyond the limits of their patience. This becomes a vicious cycle, making every moment of raising a child painful and turning the child into a problem child or a rebellious child.
On the other hand, parents who understand their child's developmental stage provide an environment where the child can grow to their fullest, and draw out the child's inner strength through praise and encouragement.
In this way, we help them grow into independent human beings with high self-esteem, complete and happy personalities.
If parents are happy raising their children, they are realizing the fundamental principle of education: caring love.

Pestalozzi, known as the father of pedagogy, defined God as giving mothers maternal love and the fundamental principle of raising children as 'considerate love.'
This book, based on the premise that, as Pestalozzi said, considerate love is the foundation of education, carefully examines the developmental process of infants by period and stage, and provides practical parenting guidelines for raising children with a balanced intellect and emotions.
It also allows you to see at a glance the growth process your child goes through up to 72 months, when all the foundations of your child's life are laid, and suggests how parents should act and respond at each critical juncture in raising their child.

A child begins to learn from the moment he is born.
From birth to 72 months, a child grows through developmental stages such as the dependent stage (0-12 months), toddler stage (12-18 months), first rebellious stage (18-36 months), and preschool stage (36-72 months).

This book says that from birth to 18 months, during the period of dependence and toddlerhood, a child must be a winner no matter what.
Conventional parenting books say that raising a child that way will result in spoiled or ill-behaved children, but they emphasize that children must receive absolute and unconditional love from their parents in order to view the world with eyes of trust and positivity and explore it.

It is also emphasized that during the rebellious period of 18 to 36 months, parental rules should be kept to a minimum.
For example, if a parent takes their child to a restaurant and scolds the child for running around, they say that the fault lies with the parent, not the child.
They say that in cases like this, parents need to be wise and minimize the chances of getting scolded, as children are not yet mature enough to understand social rules.
The preschool period of 36 to 72 months is when children first learn to control themselves and learn basic learning skills and to conform to social norms, so parents should provide a variety of intellectual stimulation to promote intellectual development.

Additionally, it is said that learning Korean and reading picture books from an early age can help develop thinking skills as well as creativity and imagination.
In other words, it emphasizes that with the great weapon of Hangul, if parents provide emotional stability through love and care, children can grow into happy and beautiful gifted children with a balance of intellect and emotion through reading.
