Into the book
Vegetarianism is no longer a cry for picky minorities!

This is Canada.
I fell in love with the lentil rice my Colombian friend made, so I bought a big bag of lentils, but I didn't know what to do with them, so I just kept making lentil soup.
It's delicious.
I'm going to Korea soon, and I really want to try making lentil pancakes with chives, which are expensive here.

--- p.246 "Lentil Jjangtteok"

I made this over the weekend and it was so delicious.
Just like Ginger said, I mixed it with rice and ate it until there was no soup left.
I felt like my stomach was going to explode… My husband always compliments me thanks to you, Ginger.
thank you.

--- p.156 "Gochujang Potato Stew"

Wow! The combination of tomatoes, onions, and sesame seeds is really good.
Adding fragrant mugwort to it is so good! I made sesame sauce a while ago, but it was so tasteless that I thought I would never make it again... I'll have to try making it tomorrow.

--- p.182 "Tomato and Sesame Sauce Salad"

Ah, it tastes better when you add soy sauce.^^, I made it the day before yesterday and thought it tasted a bit empty.
Newlyweds learn another thing here.

--- p.186 "Countryside Stir-fried Eggplant"

I read it thoroughly without missing a single word.
Yeoju is also called Goya.
It was so bitter that I couldn't even think about eating it, but after seeing Ginger's cooking tips, I want to try making it.

--- p.212 "Goya Chample"

It's a light fried dish.
I saw this and bought some tofu earlier this afternoon.
hehe
--- p.232 "Fried Tofu with Pasos"

Haha, this is so delicious~ Even my husband, who doesn't really like mushrooms, finished a bowl in no time.

--- p.242 "Enoki Mushroom and Perilla Leaf Pancakes"

Recipes with few additives will inspire you to cook.
Since I can't find pumpkin here, I'll have to try something similar with potatoes. ^^
--- p.270 "Sweet Pumpkin Croquettes"

No matter how hard you freeze commercially available shaved ice, it quickly turns into a slush! I was impressed by the brown rice cakes in it.

--- p.304 "Good Patbingsu"

I also really like olives… especially black olives.
But it's not good to just eat it, and at best, you can put it in a green salad or sandwich, but if you do it like this, you can eat a lot of it and it's delicious.
I learned a lot today too.

--- p.320 "Mediterranean Potato Salad"

Maybe it's because the waffle meets good makgeolli, but the texture is just like bread.
It looks so good!
--- p.382 "Makgeolli Fermented Waffles"

It's early in the morning and I'm drooling.
This is a dish I would love to eat with a cool sparkling wine in a cool late summer breeze.

--- p.400 "Tomato Bruschetta"

What on earth would mayonnaise made with tofu taste like? It's truly fascinating.
Just looking at it makes me feel healthy!
--- p.426 "Squash Sandwich"

I'm tempted to name this dish 'Saint of the Streets'.
…really good!!
--- p.432 "Multigrain Street Toast"

Wow~~ This is such a great recipe.
I'm not a vegetarian, but I love your recipes so much.
The photos are all equally tempting.

--- p.444 "Tofu Burger"

I think the pleasure of seeing and eating increases depending on how the same ingredients are applied. ^^
--- p.464 "Black Bean Burrito"

Wow~ This is awesome.^^ When I made pesto, I only used basil and pine nuts, but using superfood broccoli like this is a great idea!!
--- p.500 "Broccoli Pesto Pasta"

Publisher's Review
A very special taste of 126 vegetable dishes that are a feast for the eyes!

When you think of vegetarianism, it is not the healthy temple-style meal centered around vegetables that immediately comes to mind.
There are a whopping 126 vegetarian menus, including Western-style menus made with a variety of ingredients from around the world, and Korean-style menus that incorporate local Middle Eastern foods, making even familiar dishes feel new and innovative.
Each dish introduced has a unique taste and style, and for those who love cooking, each one is 'fresh' itself.

A vegetable-centric cookbook that's easy to make and makes you feel better.

Food that is beautiful to look at and easy to make is the icing on the cake.
The simple and easy recipe brings out the flavor and characteristics of the ingredients themselves.
The finished dish itself is visually pleasing, just like the chef's cooking.
The book also includes comments from people who shared their recipes on their blogs, allowing you to experience the taste of the food more specifically and make it yourself.

A delightful cookbook that's thick but not boring.

It's thick enough to be considered a cookbook, but it's not boring to read or look at.
Another characteristic of this cookbook is that it is like a novel that you start reading and then start reading again.
It is a book that leaves a lasting impression after reading it and that you will want to keep for a long time.
