As a chemistry teacher who has worked in the educational field for a long time, I wanted to share the recipes I used to make baby food for my grandchildren with young mothers and fathers, so I compiled them into a book with photos.
I want to reduce the loss of nutrients contained in good ingredients.
It was cooked in a Saladmaster pot that allows for low-temperature cooking so that babies can properly taste the original flavor of the ingredients, and the entire process, from preparing the ingredients to the nutrients, food compatibility between ingredients, and amounts, is shown in detail with photos so that anyone can easily make it, so even a novice in cooking can easily make the best baby food with just this one book.

Into the book
From the moment I started making baby food for my first grandson, I wanted to make nutritious and clean baby food using good ingredients, so I started using Saladmaster pots.
And seeing my grandchildren grow up eating the baby food I made rather than the commercially available baby food made me want to share this joy with others.
I especially wanted to share an easy way to make and feed baby food to new moms and dads.
So, based on my experience, I tried to standardize the ingredients, portions, and ratios.
First, the entire weaning process was divided into 7 stages: early stages 1 and 2, middle stages 1 and 2, late stages 1 and 2, and completion stage.
And it explains step by step how to easily make rice, 6 times the porridge, 4 times the soft rice, and 2 times the thick rice.
This is a compilation of 'baby food recipes' so that anyone can easily make them.
This book will also teach you how to use a machine that is a powerhouse of a multi-tasker, and how to cook protein and vegetables in one pot at the same time.
