Through this book, you can discover their signature dishes or dishes that embody the philosophy and techniques they pursue as chefs.

Although they have different specialties, including Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Western, and vegan cuisine, they each introduce their two favorite dishes in the book with two common themes.
One is 'Cooking with a Story' filled with the chef's experiences, memories, and philosophy, and the other is 'Home Cooking Version Recipes' designed for readers to easily follow at home.
