Principles of problem selection

All previous exam questions from 2013 onwards, administered by the Ministry of Personnel Management, were analyzed.
All the 9th grade problems for the Ilhaengjik exam are included, and among the 7th grade problems and other serial problems, we have selected problems that are important topics and contain content with a high probability of being tested.
Even if you do that, it's 1300, so it's not a small amount to check carefully.

Principles of Problem Organization

The problems are organized by topic.
Each topic is organized into question units, and questions within the same topic are arranged to reveal the interconnectedness of the options.
Additionally, we've arranged the questions in order of increasing difficulty so that you can see how the difficulty of recent questions increases and further improve your skills.
For those of you who are short on study time, I have marked the questions with stars to prioritize their solutions.
In the future, the three-star required questions will be collected and published as '2026 Choi Young-hee Public Administration Quick 400 Questions.'

Principles of Problem Analysis

Topics and problems have been meticulously analyzed over a long period of time to enable a systematic approach to diverse topics, extensive content, and complex issues.
For each chapter, we included a flowchart that allows you to see the overall structure at a glance, and for each topic, we provided an approach through 'Younghee's Talk.'
By examining the content of the questions in detail and solving them in order, you can 100% organize the content of the topic and determine the frequency and possibility of the questions.
For major issues, we have added a separate 'Younghee Talk' to cover problem-solving tips and precautions in colloquial language.
The results of the research lab's painstaking analysis are placed throughout the book, hidden but very effectively.


Principles of problem solving

The commentary was written as kindly as possible.
We have organized it in a way that it can be read comfortably and still convey the meaning, and have reviewed it with reference to related textbooks and laws to ensure that there are no errors.
The prophet analyzed each question individually, organized the relevant content, and prepared for the possibility of re-examination, clearly presenting why it was correct and why it was incorrect.
The basis for the correct answer in the explanation is highlighted in a special color.
If you are encountering a previous exam question for the first time, you will need to read the entire explanation to organize the content, but if you read it again later, you will be able to learn the technique of quickly solving the problem by reading only the highlighted parts.
Among the past exam questions not included in this book, only meaningful choices have been extracted and included in the 'See More' section.
