A Daily Mindfulness Positive Affirmation Handbook
Description
Book Introduction
One page a day, time to focus on myself!
Mindfulness Positive Affirmations with Louise Hay
Lauded with various epithets such as 'Queen of the New Age,' 'Icon of Self-Healing,' 'Pioneer of Mirror Work,' and 'World Spiritual Leader,' Louise Hay has been providing paths to self-healing and spiritual growth to people around the world for decades, including contributing to the birth of the 'self-help' genre.
In particular, the best-selling 『Mindfulness: A Page a Day』 was the last book planned about a month before Louise Hay passed away, and it is a collection of the most inspiring positive affirmations from her many works, organized into a total of 366 items (including leap years) so that you can read one a day.
This book is a revised edition of 『One Page a Day Mindfulness Positive Affirmation Handwritten Collection』, which was compiled in the form of a handwritten collection of 『One Page a Day Mindfulness』 thanks to the support of readers.
In the existing notebook, we have strengthened its function as a ‘positive affirmation’ and allocated sufficient space for notes to make transcription easier.
And we've reorganized the monthly affirmations into a list format so you can see them all in one place and check off your favorite affirmations.
We also changed the cover design to make it visually simple while still providing a sense of collection value.
Let's awaken the self-esteem hidden within us by reading and writing along with the positive affirmations emphasized by Louise Hay in this newly published manuscript collection.

Into the book
Let's practice mirror work throughout the day, where you look in the mirror and say positive affirmations.
You can start in front of your bathroom mirror in the morning and repeat it every time you pass by the mirror or see yourself reflected in the window.
1.
Stand or sit in front of a mirror.
2.
Look into your own eyes.
3.
Take a deep breath and say the following positive affirmations:
: “I want to like you.
I really want to learn how to love you.
“Come on, let’s have fun.”
4.
Take another deep breath, and this time say this:
: “I’m learning how to really like you.
“I’m learning how to really love you.”
5.
I know it's a little difficult, but I hope you keep trying.
Let's continue to take deep breaths and look into our own eyes.
This time, every time you say the sentence above, insert your name.
: “I want to learn how to love you, [your name].
“I want to learn how to love you.”
6.
Repeat this positive affirmation throughout the day whenever you pass a mirror or see yourself anywhere.
It's okay if you just say it quietly to yourself.
--- From "January 12 / I Will Willingly Love Myself"
People often have foolish ideas about who they are and many rigid rules about how to live.
Now, erase the word 'should' from your mental dictionary forever.
The word 'must' holds us captive.
Every time we say, "I have to," we make it seem like we or someone else is at fault.
In effect, it's like saying, 'I'm not satisfied.'
What items can you cross off your "to do" list? Replace "should" with "can."
You need to know that you have a choice, and that choice is your freedom.
We must realize that everything we do in life is a matter of choice.
There is no such thing as something that you absolutely must do without knowing why.
We always have a choice.
--- From "March 23 / Deleting the word 'must' from my dictionary"
When dealing with addictive behaviors, it is crucial to have self-love and acceptance, trust in the process of life, and feel safe and secure in your own mental strength.
People who are addicted to something feel intense self-loathing.
You don't forgive yourself and you punish yourself every day.
Why is that? Because from a young age, we've been taught that we're worthless, bad people, and deserve to be punished.
Even if it is not a serious addiction, it is the same if you easily fall into a certain object and have a hard time getting out of it.
They are very afraid to let go of the past and trust the course of life.
Because we believe that the world is an unsafe place, full of people and situations that are out to 'harm' us.
Unfortunately, that belief becomes reality.
Are you willing to let go of thoughts and beliefs that don't support or grow you? Then you too are ready to continue this journey.
--- From "June 17 / I abandon the beliefs that do not help me grow"
It's exciting to have wonderful people, places, and things in our lives.
But we must be clear that these things do not 'make me happy'.
The only one who can make me happy is myself.
Only you can think thoughts that bring peace and joy.
You must not give that power to any outside person or any other source.
Let's make ourselves happy.
Then all good will flow into you in abundance.
--- From "August 19th / What Makes Me Happy Is Me"
I let go of the past easily and trust the course of life.
I close the door to old wounds and forgive everyone, including myself.
Imagine there is a stream in front of me.
Throw your old experiences, old wounds and pains into the stream and watch them dissolve and float downstream, until they disappear completely.
I am free and everyone in my past is free.
I'm ready to embark on the new adventure that awaits me.
Life goes round and round, but I am always eternal.
No matter what action I take, I am alive and vibrant.
Love surrounds me now and forever.
It always will be like that.

Publisher's Review
New design and more note space
A checklist that lets you see your monthly positive affirmations at a glance.
Louise Hay's Positive Affirmations Handbook, now upgraded for your convenience.
This book is a hardcover manuscript based on Louise Hay's best-selling book, One Page a Day: Mindfulness, with a separate space for readers to read and write their own positive affirmations.
As more and more readers go beyond reading Louise Hay's positive affirmations and transcribe them themselves, there has been a steady stream of requests for a manuscript containing both the affirmations and the space for transcription.
To meet the requests of many readers, we've included a separate notepad space so you can read and immediately transcribe the positive affirmations.
This newly published revised edition has dedicated an entire page to note-taking to enhance the writing function, and the line spacing is also wider than in the previous book.
A 365-day mind healing class where you write one page a day!
A special life diary written and read just for me.
This book is a compilation of Louise Hay's positive affirmations and related content, organized so that you can read and write one a day for a year.
The greatest strength of this book is that readers can choose which content to transcribe first and then put it into practice.
You can either copy the contents of the book from beginning to end, or you can choose the affirmations that you like the most and copy them over and over again.
In revising the existing notebook, we added a checklist-style composition page at the beginning of each month, which collects the month's positive affirmations.
You can use this list to highlight your favorite positive affirmations, or you can read them first and then transcribe those portions.
You can also create your own monthly positive affirmation sequence.
For example, even if it is a positive affirmation for January 1st, the reader can think for himself and set his own standards to mark it as an affirmation for January 10th or January 20th.
As Louise Hay emphasizes, this book is like a life diary that the reader creates for himself.
By following the author's guidance, you can look within yourself and be honest about your current emotions, thereby increasing your self-esteem and restoring positivity in life.
Take some time for yourself with this special mindfulness diary that you can read and follow along with one page a day.
The easiest way to love yourself every day
Develop inner positivity by developing the habit of writing one page a day.
Louise Hay has always made it clear that everything we say and think determines our future lives.
In fact, it is not easy to completely shake off negative thinking patterns that have built up over a long period of time.
That's why Louise Hay wanted to help readers shake off negative perceptions of life and build inner self-esteem by having them repeat positive affirmations out loud to themselves.
By repeating affirmations out loud, you can change your perception of yourself and your life.
By increasing your self-esteem and positivity in life in this way, you can shake off the negative thoughts that are crouching inside you.
This book teaches Louise Hay's teachings on positive thinking, suffering, forgiveness, self-healing, and more, and teaches you to read and write positive affirmations consistently and repeatedly.
Therefore, readers can relieve all the negative thoughts they feel in their daily lives and find peace of mind simply by reading and writing the positive affirmations in the book every day.
From now on, let's begin preparing to create a miracle in our own lives through this book.
