Most sellers are eligible for this support program. After listing five products, you'll be automatically approved within two business days and receive an email confirming your acceptance into the incubation program.
During the incubation period, we help new sellers adapt to Shopee.
Key benefits include incubation team support, seller training through online seminars, notifications of major changes, personalized support for operational and marketing inquiries, and a 90-day sales commission waiver.

Penalties related to product delivery are very important.
The essence of the shipping penalty can be seen as a request to deliver the product quickly.
When you receive a product order, you must quickly confirm the Arrange Shipment.
Confirmation must be made within 2 days of order creation date.
If the deadline passes, the order will be automatically cancelled.
And if this number increases and exceeds the standard set by Shopee in terms of the number of orders, a penalty is imposed.
In reality, the penalty that beginner sellers are most likely to receive is the penalty related to product delivery.
The way to avoid this penalty is to confirm and ship orders quickly, as explained at the beginning.

File a Shopee dispute by capturing images, videos, or conversations that can serve as evidence.
Most of the time, when you request a return or refund, it's because there's a problem with the product or you simply changed your mind.
If there is a problem with the product, the consumer can naturally request a return and refund.
If the seller submits an image or video as evidence of the dispute, proving that the product was shipped normally, the consumer will receive a refund, and the seller will receive compensation for the price of the product from Shopee.
