“OSCE in One Book” consists of 10 comprehensive questions, 9 clinical (CPX) questions and 1 basic clinical skills question (OSCE), and the skills are organized by three topics: first aid, wound management, and vascular skills (vascular access and blood collection).
We prepared mock scenarios that consider highly likely questions on basic clinical skills and consider the organic connections between existing OSCE items to prepare students for the new exam. Drawing on materials such as the 3rd edition of the KAMC's "Guidelines for Basic Clinical Skills" and the Clinical Skills Education and Research Society's "Clinical Skills," we introduced precise techniques and background knowledge for the skills.
