If you find yourself using the word "diversity" despite lacking the expertise to do so, you may be falling into the "diversity trap."
The way to avoid falling into the trap of diversity is simple.
It is important to be able to systematically understand the various characteristics of students requiring special education.
All you need to do is define various behavioral characteristics and plan and operate various teaching/learning and evaluation methods according to educational needs.
Rather than using the word 'diversity' to make something seem like something, what is needed is expertise to 'realize' 'diversity' in curriculum operation and individualized education.

What do I look like now?
We need to reflect on ourselves to see if we are ‘loving the same way but in different ways’ or ‘loving differently but in the same way’.
Obviously, if you run a class and teach, you will have more beautiful and lovable students.
Then, true to that feeling, give the student another loving look and hold his or her hand one more time.
