How to write a legal document
Description
Book Introduction
“A sweet book for a trainee lawyer who just finished the bar exam.” This is one of many reader reviews of this book that appeared in the book review section of a major domestic bookstore website.
With the change in the method of selecting legal professionals, the apprenticeship-style training method for drafting legal documents, which was previously widely practiced in the legal community, has largely disappeared, and now we have entered an era where one must learn the method of drafting legal documents through one's own efforts.
This book is about legal document drafting methods, published primarily by mid-level lawyers at Hwawoo Law Firm in response to the needs of the times.
Starting with notes on legal document drafting compiled in between each judge, prosecutor, and lawyer's work, the editorial committee members pooled their wisdom, experience, and passion to continuously refine the content, establishing it as a proper practical guide to legal document drafting. This achievement has become the driving force behind the book, which is now in its fourth revised edition.

Publisher's Review
Preface to the Fourth Edition
"A book like honey for a trainee lawyer who just finished the bar exam."
This is one of many reader reviews of this book that appeared in the book review section of a major domestic bookstore website.
It goes without saying that the readers' constant support was the foundation of all this process.
The editors of the revised edition have carefully considered ways to maintain the book's original characteristics as "a book that is both practical and easy to understand," while at the same time improving the completeness of its content.
Specifically, the introduction section (the importance of drafting legal documents correctly, the difference between legal sentences and general sentences) was strengthened, and the points to note regarding document drafting were presented one by one in detail through a comparison of documents before and after revision, such as preparatory documents and opinions introduced in examples of drafting legal documents, and an essay on legal sentences (Jeon Oh-young, “Lawyer, Another Archaeologist”) was added.
Additionally, the sentences were further revised through the overall revision process.
The editors paid special attention to the fact that each and every sentence in the book could serve as a textbook in itself.
I sincerely hope that this book will be a gift to many legal professionals, offering both the benefit of developing expertise and the joy of learning. I would like to once again express my deepest gratitude to all the editors and readers who have spared no effort in making this book what it is today.
