Colloids and surfactants
Colloids and surfactants
Description
Book Introduction
Although 『Colloids and Surfactants』 is a course on "Colloid Chemistry" and "Surface Chemistry" taught in chemistry departments, we paid close attention to ensure that anyone who has completed high school chemistry or physics courses can understand it.
While clarifying the basic concepts of particle science, we also attempted to mention, as much as possible, the relevance of this to industry and industry, which are deeply related to the phenomena and lives around us.
In the section on the manufacture of surfactants (Part 2), the manufacturing method and properties of surfactants based on structural classification are covered.
