Jungian psychology and emotions
Jungian psychology and emotions
Description
Book Introduction
Until now, few studies on emotions have produced logical and systematic results.
Of course, psychoanalysis, analytical psychology, and cognitive behavioral psychology have each worked to define and theoretically systematize emotions in their own way. However, rather than a grand discourse on establishing a theoretical system for emotions, an empirical and phenomenological approach to emotions from a clinical perspective is needed first.
To this end, we aimed to lay the foundation for understanding emotions by introducing Jung's clinical experience as much as possible.
At the same time, by accepting the results of psychoanalytic research, we attempted to comprehensively understand emotions from a psychodynamic perspective.
The goal of this book is to provide therapeutic alternatives by sharing the psychological effects of emotions experienced by numerous clinicians.
