Book Introduction
A flying disc is a plastic toy or sporting item commonly known as a 'Frisbee'.
Although it is still largely unfamiliar to many Koreans, physical activity using flying discs has given birth to disc golf, a new sport that is already active in developed countries. It was introduced to Korea in 2006 and is quickly spreading among hobbyists.
The book was written in collaboration with current teachers who are interested in improving physical education classes in educational settings and officials from the National Sports Flying Disc Association, and contains information on how to use flying discs, which are taught in elementary school physical education classes.

Given this situation, even though there are no detailed teaching materials on flying disc yet, it is a sport that has recently been gaining popularity among children, teenagers, and physical education teachers.
Looking at the contents of this book, it is largely divided into three parts, covering theoretical and practical aspects.
Part 1 is again divided into four chapters.
Chapter 1 is about the history of flying discs, Chapter 2 is about the value of games using flying discs, Chapter 3 is about how to throw a flying disc, and Chapter 4 is about flying disc warm-up exercises, all designed to enhance understanding of flying discs.
Part 2 consists of six chapters.
Chapter 1 is about throwing a flying disc, Chapter 2 is about hitting a target with a flying disc, Chapter 3 is about passing a target with a flying disc, Chapter 4 is about learning more about flying discs, Chapter 5 is about the meeting of traditional games and flying discs, and Chapter 6 introduces a class model using flying discs.
