Book Introduction
『Latest Food Sanitation Laws』 is suitable as a textbook for students majoring in food and nutrition, food cooking, and food engineering at universities or colleges. Many professors have compiled it based on their many years of teaching experience, carefully selecting only the essential content to make it easy to study.
The contents of the book are as follows: Part 1 is the Food Sanitation Act and its subordinate statutes; Part 2 is excerpts from the Food Code, which covers standards and specifications for food, etc.; and Part 3 is other statutes required for the nutritionist and hygienist exams.
Therefore, students preparing for exams such as chef, culinary industry technician, food industry technician, and food technician only need to study Part 1 and Part 2, and students preparing for exams such as nutritionist and hygienist must study Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3.
It includes all revisions up to July 2025, and we have tried to make it fresh, but we believe there are still many shortcomings, so we plan to improve them in the future.
