In the church, many believers were 'raptured' and those who remained on earth gathered.

Let me ask you something.
Why faith doesn't matter
If you don't believe, you'll go to hell, so why doesn't that matter?
We avoid and prepare for even the slightest risk of accident.
But if you don't believe, you'll go to eternal hell. Is that a light matter?
There is no issue more important than believing.
There is nothing in the world more urgent than believing.
You must believe to be saved.
You must believe to receive forgiveness of sins.
You must believe to be justified, and you must believe to go to heaven.
If you don't believe, you will go to eternal hell.
Nothing is more important than faith.
Your eternal destiny depends on your faith.

Folks, the gospel is Jesus Christ himself.
The gospel is a person.
The gospel is not a teaching.
We are not saved by believing or keeping teachings.
Salvation is union with the person of Jesus Christ.
The Bible calls this faith.
So he says, “Believe in the Lord Jesus.”
When we believe in the Lord Jesus, we become united with the resurrected Jesus Christ, and the eternal life of Jesus Christ enters into us, so that we too become immortal beings with eternal life.

Look at what pastors who have been taught wrongly in liberal theology are teaching.
“Let us live according to the Word, become like Jesus, and become the light of Christ on this earth, so that the Kingdom of God may be established on this earth! Let us establish the Kingdom of God on this earth, not in heaven where we go after we die!” They do not believe in heaven or hell where we go after we die.
A great number of Protestant pastors preach about creating heaven on earth.
