Miniature artist Tatsuya Tanaka

Tatsuya Tanaka is a miniature artist who has been creating miniature works every day since 2011 under the name “Miniature Calendar” and posting them on social media.
Exhibitions of miniature works have been held around the world, and the number of visitors to the exhibitions has already exceeded 2 million in 2022.
The exhibition, which first opened in Korea in 2021, was extended twice due to the enthusiastic response from audiences, and was then held in Busan following its Seoul debut.
Tatsuya Tanaka's first picture book, "Small, Small, Big," received great attention and rave reviews from readers immediately after its publication, and it garnered attention by winning both the "Grand Prize" and the "Newcomer Award" from the Japanese Picture Book Store, selected by the picture book magazine MOE.
When the first picture book was introduced to Korea, a miniature work was created with special skill using the Korean letters in the title and included in the text, and a message to Korean readers was also included on the cover.
This new picture book also won the MOE Picture Book Store Grand Prize and is receiving enthusiastic responses from readers.
