The co-author of this book, Fei Wenhua (Pai Munhwa), is a fourth-generation Chinese.

Most existing restaurant information books are divided into sections based on the type of food.
The same was true of the authors' previous work, "Taiwanese Restaurants."
However, as I continued to travel and received feedback from readers who had traveled to Taiwan through "Taiwanese Restaurants," I realized that categorizing by region is much more effective in real-world travel.
So, unlike existing books, it is divided into chapters by region and introduces various genres of food that can be tasted in that region.
Thanks to this, Macau was also organized into an independent part, allowing you to see the flavors of the entire Macau at a glance.
