Believe It or Not [Midnight Ghost Stories] Behind the Scenes

For those of you who want to enjoy a cool horror!
Read it in the dark of night, in a quiet room, when you're alone.
Caution! Don't look in the mirror.

If you're a horror fanatic, you'll know the joy of turning off all the lights in the house on a hot summer night with a steady drizzle, watching a horror film, reading a horror novel, or searching for ghost stories online.
Whenever there's a chance for a group of people to gather in one room, such as for a retreat, school trip, or MT, we tend to gather around and quietly tell 'scary stories I know' before going to bed.
The storyteller's wit plays a part in this, but the raw horror contained in the story is the key.

[Midnight Ghost Story] PD Im Chae-won said that while browsing the ghost story bulletin board late at night, he started to wonder, "How can something be this scary just by reading the text?" and after experiencing the powerful addictive effect of horror content himself, he planned [Midnight Ghost Story] believing in this.
And now, with the love of 44 dark and spooky people and horror fanatics outside the recording studio, the fifth season has arrived.

Looking at the stories that come into [Midnight Ghost Stories], most of them are stories of their own experiences listed in a disorganized manner, but among them, we find stories that contain 'raw fear'.
After that, the writers start processing it into a language suitable for broadcasting.
Through thorough research, we flesh out the story, adjust it to the ghost storyteller's words, add cautions for the film crew, and sometimes even structure it to make it even scarier...
The script is completed through repeated meetings that last until the night, without even a single holiday.

As the lights went out and the cameras rolled back, I saw the scripts piled up in the corner of the set and suddenly thought, "It's too good to be forgotten like this." And with that thought in mind, I wanted to share the horror of encountering it in print with fans of [Midnight Ghost Stories], the dark-skinned, and that's how I decided to publish the script book.
This script book contains the uncut scripts of 30 legendary ghost stories (22 from Season 4 and 8 from Season 1) personally selected by the 44 people and production team of Darkness.
