"GARM 24 Beauty" introduces the potential of beauty in a three-dimensional way.

'GARM', which means material in pure Korean, is a one-topic magazine that introduces one building material and technology per volume.
It begins with an exploration of 'materials', the smallest unit of architecture, and guides you through the minimal methods of creating your own space.
It guides readers to realize their individual creativity by identifying and using good materials.

This new book, "GARM 24 Beauty Salon," provides an opportunity to understand beauty salons from various perspectives.
The dictionary definition of plastering is 'the work of applying earth, lime, cement, etc. to walls, ceilings, etc. in architecture.'
In construction sites, plastering is often referred to as 'the work of making a flat surface by applying fine cement paste or mortar to the irregular surface of a masonry wall made by stacking bricks or blocks in a rough manner.'
However, the original concept of plastering is broader than that, and it refers to the construction work of spreading and hardening a fluid material on the surface of a building.
The history of plastering dates back to prehistoric times, and plastering can be said to be a very old technique that has been with us for as long as the history of human settlement.
