There was a long period of deliberation before this book came out.
In particular, I met author Kwak Su-jin while I was thinking about how to best convey the theme, atmosphere, and emotion of life with a simple heart that does not get greedy, contained in [Unstoppable in the Rain], to readers.
She began to express herself in colorful and cute lines to make the text less heavy and more enjoyable to read.
Additionally, we feature different protagonists in each illustration to ensure that it becomes the story of all of us, not just one person.
Of course, we didn't forget nature and animals either.
Through the beautiful paintings born from the efforts of artist Kwak Su-jin, I hope that Kenji Miyazawa's sincerity, who wanted to be a person who would not be defeated by the rain, not be defeated by the wind, not be called a fool by everyone, not be swayed by praise or hatred, will be fully conveyed to everyone.
