『8 Constitutions Encyclopedia』 is a book that introduces constitutional health methods that the author, Director Joo Seok-won, personally learned while meeting various patients for a long time.
It can be said to be the culmination of the 8 Constitution Health Theory, which organizes the clinical know-how accumulated over time on the 8 Constitutions.
As this is a compilation of the core principles, it will help quench the long-standing thirst of all those who love the Eight Constitution Medicine.
The book covers everything from health foods suited to your constitution to exercise methods, diet methods, and nutritional supplement recipes in a detailed and clear manner.


This book is divided into three parts.
The first section, ‘8 Constitution Orientation’, contains the characteristics of the 8 constitutions, treatment methods for each constitution, and the 4 constitution diets.
The second section, '8 Constitution Health Method Parade', introduces health foods and methods for each constitution, fitness, super-easy constitution food, and constitution health functional foods.
The last third section, '8 Constitution Slim Diet', provides information on not only foods and diets that are good for dieting according to constitution, but also exercise methods.
In the appendix, we have organized a diet plan by body type and nutritional information for the eight body types in an easy-to-read format.


Each person has a different constitution and each constitution has its own characteristics.
However, as many people think, there are few unique characteristics that exist only in certain constitutions.
The author says that if we just follow the constitutional diet, most of the constitutional characteristics we know will disappear.
