Into the book
I have been living a successful life as a lawyer for 34 years now, and I can truly say that being a lawyer is my calling.
Lawyers are required to be professional, have communication skills to build relationships with clients, and have the ability to take on cases. I've heard a lot from people around me that I'm well-suited to be a lawyer.
When I first started working as a lawyer at a law firm, I was incredibly busy even before I could properly adapt to the work of a lawyer.
Back then, the amount of written documentation lawyers had to write and submit for cases they were handling was much less than it is now.

To put it a bit more practically, I hope you manage your stress well.
I think that being a lawyer is bound to be stressful at every stage, but the biggest stress is probably the stress about the results.
I think the way to overcome this is to do your best in the event, so that you have no regrets and can at least console yourself that you did the best you could.

I have been practicing law for 42 years.
I feel that I should share with my juniors what I have known, experienced, and learned.
Based on my considerable experience, I would like to advise you to be sincere and honest.
I'm determined to have a chance to talk comfortably about what a few people have experienced, rather than a lot of people.

'PNR' files complaints and accusations against animal abuse cases, and also participates in ongoing trials to express opinions.
We have filed lawsuits to cancel preventive culling orders and have also filed lawsuits with goats as parties, but proportionally, we have more legislative policy proposals than lawsuits.
We communicate a lot online, but we also have offline meetings when necessary for important projects or written work.

There were some PhDs who were hired around the same time and had their contracts rejected around the same time. They applied for relief to the Labor Relations Commission and it was accepted.
However, another lawyer who was hired at the same time as me and whose renewal was rejected at the same time did not have his application for relief accepted by the Labor Relations Commission.
I lost the first trial of the lawsuit I filed without any particular reason.
There were also concerns that certified professional workers might have a different perspective on contract renewal than other workers.

I've never personally worked in a licensing field in Korea, but Vietnam was even more unfamiliar.
I learned how to negotiate and negotiate directly with Vietnamese officials, and I also learned a lot outside of the law by researching Vietnamese law and working with local law firms.
I think I've learned the know-how to check Vietnamese law myself.
