Into the book
I met you on my way home from work in the afternoon.
An awl was stuck in my heart.
The wind escaped through the gap and blood gushed out.
The orange hair was sour.
My mouth watered as I recalled memories of you.
I was practicing without even knowing what was leaving my body and mind.
--- From "Gap"

My mind is spinning.
It's because oily worries were running through my head.
There are many choices that are not properly decided.
A slippery mind throws the balance of life off.
How to salt a slippery life.
What kind of salt should we use to tame life?
--- From "Things with Salt"

Yoga and writing even resemble each other in that they require strength when strength is needed and relaxation when strength is needed.
If you practice or use both without consciousness, you will not know where it will end.
I write while doing yoga, but I am actually learning to write through practice.
--- From "Yoga and Writing"

Just as pain comes, so too will it go away someday.
The truth of the law of repentance also applies to suffering.
So today I detached myself and looked at my body.
He tears off a part of me and looks at it like dough.
I look at my past soaking in hot water.
I stare at the hair that was once mine as it enters the shower room.
When I look back on the past, a few names come to mind.
--- From "Separate Watch"

“You have to believe in yourself.
If you don't trust yourself, trust me, who is holding your body.
Then you can try.
But if you can't trust me and you can't trust yourself, you can't do anything."
--- From "If You Don't Believe in Yourself"
