Preface (9th edition)

This textbook was created by compiling and reorganizing questions that have appeared in the bar exam, certified labor attorney exam, and civil service exam.
We focused on reducing the quantity and increasing the quality by deleting duplicate fingerprints and inserting possible fingerprints.
Looking at the composition of the questions, past exam questions account for 80% and applied questions account for 20%.
Past exam questions were sometimes modified in response to legal revisions or the emergence of new precedents.
If you accurately understand and memorize only the problems contained in this book, you will be able to secure sufficient scores on the actual exam.
Therefore, I recommend that you read a wide range of books rather than just reading this one book and that one book.
However, since the textbook does not include a separate theory section, you will need to study it together with the author's basic theory textbook or another instructor's theory textbook to learn efficiently.

Additionally, we will provide a summary of any changes due to legal revisions or recent case law through the cafe.

Looking at recent exams, it can be said that while the difficulty level of level 7 remains the same, the difficulty level of level 9 has increased considerably.
Accordingly, the difference in difficulty between the two tests does not appear to be significant.
However, in the case of the 7th grade, only minor parts of the Industrial Safety and Health Act are covered, so if the scope is expanded to this extent, the amount of studying will increase exponentially.
Therefore, in order to prepare for the exam efficiently, it is recommended that you first study all laws and regulations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, focusing on past exam questions. However, if you have time since it is not the first time, it is advisable to add minor details (e.g., skimming the entire text of the Occupational Safety and Health Act).
Additionally, additional recruitment is scheduled for January 2026.
The yellow envelope law of the Trade Union Act is not reflected in this test.
Therefore, test takers preparing for the exam are advised not to solve problems marked as [Yellow Envelope Method Reflection].
