As I was struggling with various experiments, it was already early summer.
Since it was the end of the bamboo shoot growth, most of it had been eaten by deer and wild boars or had already grown into bamboo, making it difficult to obtain fresh bamboo shoots.
In the end, I searched the mountain where the bamboo was and barely managed to find the remaining bamboo shoots.
After freezing the bamboo shoots in an ultra-low temperature freezer with great care, I stored them in a regular freezer for about a month.
