We have published the 12th edition of the Certified Labor Attorney Objective Civil Law Examination for the 2026 exam.
The major revisions in this 12th edition are as follows:

First, we reflected the questions from previous exams administered in 2025.
In addition to the Certified Labor Attorney Exam, we have reviewed and reflected in the textbook the exams administered by the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for Industry, such as the Certified Tax Accountant Exam and the Patent Attorney Exam.
We have also included important questions from the bar exam and judicial scrivener exam to prepare for future exams.
Additionally, we have deleted old past exam questions and organized them based on recent trends, and we have made every effort to keep the volume to a minimum.

Second, we have added the latest case law.
We have included case law that has appeared in other exams so that you can check important, up-to-date case law.
All key points in the case law have been highlighted in color, so please be sure to organize the colored parts.
In particular, the position of the case law regarding the waiver of the statute of limitations has changed in July 2025, so the previous exam questions have been revised to reflect the changed position.

Third, for case studies, pictures (diagrams) have been added.
In the case of case studies, it was difficult to grasp the main point, so we added a relationship diagram used during class to help students understand the problem better.

Fourth, we prepared for an increase in the number of questions (40 questions).
We have deleted old past exam questions and replaced them with more recent exam questions. This has been revised to ensure that you can prepare for more difficult questions even if they appear.

The civil law section of the 34th Certified Labor Attorney Examination, to be implemented in 2025, included 15 questions on the general provisions of civil law and 25 questions on the law of claims.
Regarding the Bond Law, 11 questions were asked in the General Bond Law and 14 questions were asked in the Specific Bond Law.

The 34th exam in 2025 will be the same as the 2024 exam, with an increased weighting of bonds and an increased level of difficulty.
The general civil law questions also included passages related to the law of claims, which significantly increased the importance of the law of claims. Therefore, I believe that students preparing for next year's exam will also need to prepare extensively on the law of claims.
As the number of questions requiring understanding rather than memorization increases, it is essential to ensure sufficient understanding.

It is true that the test difficulty has increased after the number of questions was changed to 40, but more than 30 of the questions are from previous exams.
Therefore, if you make sure to check the labor attorney exam questions and organize them with the intention of not missing any, you will be able to secure the score you want.

I believe the best preparation for a law subject is repetition.
Moreover, since the civil law subject in the Certified Labor Attorney Exam is a multiple-choice (multiple-choice) test, I believe it is necessary to train yourself to quickly find the answer through repetition.
