Preface (4th edition)

The features of the "2026 Real Estate Appraiser Compensation Law and Case Studies" are as follows.

1.
This is a comprehensive casebook (351 pages) consisting of 50 questions from previous exams (approximately 150 questions in the survey) that covers all administrative law and individual law issues for real estate appraisers.
2.
It consists of approximately 50% past questions from real estate appraisers and other national exams, and approximately 50% case studies created by the author.
In other words, you can study the important issues that have been covered in the past using past exam questions, and the parts that have not been covered in the past using case studies.

All problems were explained in the order of “problem-general theory-survey,” and in particular, the recently important survey (inclusion) was supplemented in detail for each item.

The key issues were arranged according to the order of the “2026 Real Estate Appraiser Core Summary Compensation Law,” which is the basic text for individual laws: “Part 1 Land Compensation Law (Chapter 1 Administrative Loss Compensation System, Chapter 2 Land Compensation Law), Part 2 Real Estate Public Notice Law, and Part 3 Appraisal Law.”

All past exam and case studies are marked with an asterisk to indicate their importance.
One asterisk means 'average', two means 'important', and three means 'very important'.

The author's basic book on administrative law for real estate appraisers, "2026 Key Summary of Administrative Law for Real Estate Appraisers," published in 2025, the basic book on individual laws, "2026 Key Summary of Compensation Law for Real Estate Appraisers," and the integrated book on administrative law and individual laws, "2026 Integrated Compensation Law for Real Estate Appraisers," were aligned with the theories, case law, and reviews to maintain consistency of logic.

We've added past questions and key supplementary questions from the 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Exam and other national exams in 2025, and the explanations have been concisely written to match the answer format.
