Unboxing Life
Description
Book Introduction
"I'm a personal organizer, someone who organizes the space left behind by death."
Young people unboxing life
What young estate organizers encounter at the scene of death
Stories told by space, people, and artifacts
In the middle of my hometown's yard, once filled with trash, I begin the first chapter of a new one! Returning to my hometown after five years abroad.
What I encountered there was family discord and a house that had turned into a garbage dump.
While cleaning out that house with my friends, I first learned about the world of 'special cleaning', and from then on, I started on the path to becoming an estate organizer.
The four young men who gathered like that faced themselves on the border between life and death, cleaning up the last traces of someone.
This book is not flashy, but it is filled with heartfelt stories.
This film tells a story that allows us to look at life with a more affectionate eye, through the eyes of the young estate organizers who have witnessed the rise of single-person households, the lonely moments of separation that continue regardless of generation, and the scenes.

Publisher's Review
This book is a record of the people I've met and the spaces I've organized over the past five years, starting from the moment I quit my decent job and decided to become an estate organizer.
But the main characters of this book may not be myself, but eleven diaries of an anonymous person, a shroud discovered after death, and hundreds of empty beer bottles.
(syncopation)
Organizing remains is not simply about erasing traces.
Indirectly encountering someone else's life makes me reflect on my own life, and it reminds me of how to respect myself and how to look at my surroundings again.
Ultimately, it is also a process of learning how to fill the future of one's life.
I hope that this clumsy learning I have gained will be a small comfort to those who are experiencing the same worries or loneliness.
