We have published the 14th edition of "Easy-to-Understand Civil Law for Certified Labor Attorneys" in preparation for the 2026 Certified Labor Attorney Exam.
This 14th edition has been revised with the following points in mind:

First, we have made sure that the textbook is suitable for the exam.
Unnecessary explanations have been removed, and on the contrary, when explanations are needed, related issues or additional explanations have been added in footnotes to help you resolve any questions you may have while studying on your own.
We've also included frequently asked questions in the Q&A format in the footnotes so you can think about them together.
Therefore, I hope that the difficulties faced by those who are learning civil law for the first time will be resolved as much as possible.

Second, it reflects the questions from various recently administered tests.
We've included important passages from the Certified Public Labor Attorney Examination, Certified Tax Accountant Examination, Patent Attorney Examination, and Bar Examination administered in 2025, allowing you to check recent exam trends.

Third, we have added the latest case law.
Case law up to December 2024 is included, and for the most recent case law that appeared in various exams, the corresponding previous exam passages are also included so that you can check the passages that appear on the exam.

Fourth, the revised article has been reflected.
Regarding corporations, the amendments to Article 50 (Registration of Establishment of Branch Office), Article 51 (Registration of Office Relocation), Article 85 (Registration of Dissolution), and Article 52-2 have been reflected.

Recent civil law exams tend to require understanding rather than simple memorization.
