Into the book
If you look at SNS, there are many people who want to cook at home.
But the biggest worry is that I end up going to the market with the intention of making only one or two dishes, and then end up throwing away the rest of the ingredients because I don't know what to do with them.
As a result, the process of shopping and preparing food feels increasingly burdensome.
So before we get into the recipe, here are some tips on how to shop for ingredients and how to use and store them wisely.
.....
In line with the planning direction of 'Let's only include foods that even those who don't know how to cook can make at home', I thought of my actual family diet and selected only foods that I eat almost every month to create a total of 4 weeks of menus.
Each portion is composed of main proteins such as beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, along with matching vegetables, so that you can enjoy the most abundant menu possible for a small amount of money.
And I boldly eliminated difficult menu items like galbijjim, which I might only eat once or twice a year.
We excluded pickled vegetables and difficult kimchi that are not often tried by single-person households or small families.
