Suyeon's complete meal is made with three principles: healthy ingredients, easy cooking methods, and efficient recipes.
In particular, protein ingredients and vegetables were used at each meal to ensure that children in their growing years receive the nutrients they need in three meals a day.
We supplemented protein with meat, fish, eggs, tofu, seafood, etc., and cooked with vitamins and minerals with cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, perilla leaves, etc.

Also, with the idea that children are just as much gourmets as adults, we used a variety of seasonings to show them that even unfamiliar ingredients can be delicious.
Even though my child didn't eat well at first, I introduced him to a variety of foods from an early age, and his picky eating habits gradually disappeared, and he developed healthy eating habits of eating everything well.
