Book Introduction
A retreat is a place of worship where we examine our past lives and restore our relationship with God.
It is a time to meditate on whether we are living according to the Word and to be challenged to live according to the Word, so it has the amazing function of restoring relationships with family, believers, and neighbors.
As we share deep fellowship centered on the Word, the bitter roots of our hearts are healed and our lives are restored to health.
The theme of the 2026 conference is ‘People of Faith.’
In a rapidly changing world, what sustains us are our unwavering core values.
To preserve this, we are starting a three-year course with the theme of ‘The Stump of Faith - Faith, Hope, Love’.
And as a first step, we meet the ‘people of faith’ who fill the Bible.
By delving deeper into their beliefs and lives, we will discover that their faith goes beyond mere emotions or theories, but is concretely expressed in their actions, attitudes, and relationships. We will then be able to put that understanding into practice here and now.
