We've also included a carefully selected list of 'frequently used expressions' that are short, frequently used, and as positive as possible so that you can actually use the words you've memorized.
For example, depress is a negative word meaning 'to make depressed', but it also includes an encouraging expression like 'Don't be so depressed'.
