Description
Book Introduction
I know the meaning of the words and the grammar, but why can't I read?

The author wanted to help students who had difficulty reading because they did not know idioms and phrasal verbs that had broader meanings than the word meaning.
We analyzed the college entrance exam, scholastic ability test, mock exam, and EBS textbooks from the past 10 years to organize frequently appearing idioms (phrasal verbs, idiomatic expressions, and collocations) and vocabulary.
This book is based on 1,312 idioms and organizes synonyms, derivatives, and related words like a mind map to help you efficiently memorize and expand your vocabulary.

Publisher's Review
This book contains frequently appearing vocabulary and idioms by analyzing the college entrance exam, scholastic ability test, mock exam, and EBS of the past 10 years.
- You can prepare not only for the CSAT vocabulary but also for school grades, TOEIC, and civil service exams.

1.
It is based on 1312 idioms (phrasal verbs, idiomatic expressions, and collocations).
- There are times when I know the meaning of words and grammar, but I still can't read.
This is because even if you know the meaning of a word, you don't know its meaning when it is used as a phrasal verb with other prepositions or as an idiom with other words.
If you know vocabulary and grammar as a basic foundation and even idioms, you will be able to read and understand directly, and you will be able to greatly reduce the time it takes to read in the actual test.

2.
For each idiom, an average of 10 synonyms, antonyms, derivatives, and related words were organized.
- Words that were tested may be tested the following year as idioms or with different, less frequently used meanings. All of these are linked to idioms and expanded as if drawing a mind map, allowing for efficient study.

3.
Example sentences including each idiom are provided.
- We have provided high-quality examples to help you practice reading, and have also organized the words included in the examples for beginners.

* If you are in the lower-middle level, I recommend studying only idioms and examples first.
If you are in the top ranks, I recommend that you modify the example sentences using synonyms and related words.
