4th revised edition published

'Children's Hunminjeongeum' has been well-received by teachers and parents since its first publication in 2002 to improve elementary school students' vocabulary.
And because it was edited based on textbook vocabulary, a revised edition was published every time a new textbook was published, and the 4th revised edition reflects the contents of the new textbook that will be applied from 2024.


Language is an essential tool for communication and expressing one's thoughts.
The basic unit of a language is vocabulary.
Therefore, quantitative and qualitative improvement of vocabulary is a very important factor in improving children's learning ability.
Because all learning, as well as the tests that ask about the results of that learning, are done through language.
Therefore, vocabulary is not simply a part of studying Korean, but is the basis and essential element of all learning.


This textbook selects essential vocabulary for each grade level and provides a variety of problem formats to help children learn easily and enjoyably.
We hope that this textbook will help children develop an interest in learning vocabulary and gain confidence, and serve as a guide for them to not only study their subjects but also live a proper Korean life.


The 4th revised edition of Hunminjeongeum for children has the following features.

Based on the new curriculum to be used from 2024.

This is a vocabulary learning textbook tailored to the curriculum progress for each grade.
The basic order of composition follows the Korean language curriculum table of contents, but it also includes many key vocabulary words from other subjects that must be known at the corresponding grade level.

It is packed with essential vocabulary from the textbook as well as important vocabulary from outside the textbook.

It is practical because you can learn vocabulary, spelling, pronunciation, spacing, how to use manuscript paper, and basic grammar.
