Healthy vegan snacks made with rice cooked at home

The main ingredient in the rice we always cook at home is rice.
This book introduces snack and dessert recipes made with that very rice.
Use cooked rice, not commercially available rice flour.
White rice is mainly used, but brown rice or glutinous rice is also used to add flavor and texture.
Because it is made by grinding hand-selected rice, you can consume the nutrients of healthy ingredients that have not been oxidized.

All recipes do not use dairy products such as milk or butter, and do not use eggs.
We don't use any commercially available flour either.
Vegetable oil, soy milk, maple syrup, almonds or almond powder, nuts, fruits, etc. are used in harmony with rice.

All the snacks and desserts in this book are made using similar methods.
Wash the rice thoroughly, soak it for 2-3 hours, and grind it very finely.
Depending on what ingredients you add to it, you can create a variety of homemade snacks and desserts.
As you can see, the recipes in the book are varied, but the method for making each one is very simple.
The author of this book has been researching raw rice recipes for a very long time, so he was able to create recipes that are easy enough for anyone to make.
