Kids Pilates is the perfect exercise for growing children as it straightens the spine, strengthens core muscles, and properly stimulates growth plates without risk of injury.

Eun Ji-seon, the director of Korea's first Pilates center specializing in kids, is a physical education instructor who recognized the effectiveness and potential of children's Pilates early on.
She was convinced that learning Pilates as a child would be a lifelong health asset for children, and began researching kids' Pilates movements and teaching methods.
Afterwards, he established Korea's first specialized kids' Pilates center in Banpo Seorae Village, where he taught over 1,000 children and observed how they grew through kids' Pilates.
The results were surprising.
Children who consistently learned Kids Pilates grew more than 8 cm per year.
Considering that elementary school students grow on average 4 to 7 cm per year, and that many children actually grow only 4 cm per year, 8 cm per year is a notable figure.
Moreover, it wasn't just height that improved.
While practicing Pilates, children's basic physical strength improved and their concentration and learning ability also improved.
Despite the high tuition fees of nearly 100,000 won per 50-minute class, this is why Banpo moms send their children to kids' Pilates classes instead of sending them to other academies.
