Onyva (オニバ) means “let’s go together” in French.
Restaurant Oniba is located in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, and is run by owner chef Jin-yong Park and his team.
We offer French cuisine and introduce menus that highlight the unique characteristics of Korean seasonal ingredients.
These days, we live in a world where chefs are active in entertainment programs to the point where the word 'cheftainer' has come into use.
Chef Jin-Yong Park, who has quietly walked the path of a chef, is creating a creative culinary world while maintaining his own cooking style.


The book introduces 37 menus using seasonal ingredients, and is interesting in that it breaks away from the framework of conventional cookbooks that record recipe measurements or cooking orders, and instead writes about the chef's personal thoughts and inspiration for each menu and ingredient.

Onyva is a cheerful French word meaning “let’s go together.”

It is sometimes used to mean let's go somewhere together, and is also sometimes shouted by a chef to start serving food to guests after they have prepared it.
