The second protagonist of 『Ddongbokki Granny Volume 3: There Are No Bad Children』 is the principal of Haetsal Elementary School.
In Volume 1, the chairman suddenly cut the school lunch budget, causing the children to suffer from stomach aches, and was punished with the 'Ddongbokki Punishment', which means he would never be able to eat his favorite tteokbokki again for the rest of his life.

Because of this, an epidemic of epilepsy begins to spread among the children of Haetsal Elementary School, and the chairman blames the old woman for this, saying that it is because of the unsanitary tteokbokki.
The angry old woman spreads a special advertisement on the chairman's house that says, "Golden Tteokbokki That Never Tastes Like Poop." The chairman, upon seeing the advertisement, immediately orders the golden tteokbokki.
The Tteokbokki Granny, who has transformed into a delivery girl, takes out a magical ladle and pot instead of tteokbokki from her delivery bag. Instead of punishing the chairman with poop-stir-fry, the granny helps him go back to his childhood 30 years ago.
And there, the chairman discovers a secret from his childhood that he never knew about.

As the title suggests, 『Ddongbokki Granny Volume 3: There Are No Bad Children』 makes us think and reflect on what we must do to help children grow into healthy, warm-hearted adults, and what kind of world we must create together.
